- Continue working with us up to two years after completing your program
- Opportunities for full-time job placement within a U.S. company
"The environment here is built for productivity and learning whether its the technical skills needed or the soft skills needed to talk to clients, your fellow team and even the entreprenurial outlook needed to build a startup. "
Manisha Priyadarshini, Development Program Graduate
"The mentors' guidance and support has allowed us to grow in leaps and bounds, equipping budding programmers like me with both technical and interpersonal social skills. At the Portal, not only do we develop web applications, but also develop an ability to work in a team with others to complete projects. Along with its enjoyable work environment, the Portal also acts as a window to witnessing how startups operate."
Michelle Wong, Development Program Graduate
"Here, at the Portal, we are challenged to improve every day with what real life brings us. Whether it is a new client, a change in project scope, or a difficult issue with the development process, we are encouraged to think creatively, and utilize the resources that are not only found from the knowledge we already have, but from the senior engineers nearby, and the wealth of collective information of other talented students. I was able to use this to propel myself into a position where I am able to learn every day, apply myself and try new things, and experience real consequences and results."
